Race Nights

Format: The first class of cars is raced as such - The entrants are split into juniors and seniors. Heats are two minute and each entrant races once on each lane. At the end of two minutes laps are recorded in 100th lap increments, and the highest total at the end of the night wins. Previously we used three minute heats but an influx of members has left us short of time.

The second class is either raced as above or if time is short, entrants race in two qualifying heats each, once in an inside and once in an outside lane. The results of these races then are used to place people in graded finals, with choice of lane going first to the fastest qualifier. Points are then given out according to position, with the A final having the most points available.

For the fun events we tend to use one of the above, or a mixture, or whatever seems a good idea at the time.
